"We didn't plan on having a Spa when we originally built the patio. The original pad was designed and concrete poured to have rain/water run off (away from the house). So when we got a spa, we had to "deal with" a compound angle that sloped away and down. "Works great. I have been using the hot tub for a few weeks now. Man, I didn't realize just how sloped the patio was. I really had to jack up the one end- the Spa Level-R handled it like a pro. We have had ludicrously cold weather for the last 2 or 3 weeks (2 Saturdays ago we went in at night- air temp was -30F, neat hair icicle effect)- this baby has not budged at all, the hot tub has remained perfectly level as I had meticulously adjusted it.
